The free meet & greet
The free meet and greet usually lasts for half hour or so. We will have your dog meet our dogs outside in our fenced in backyard. We will give you a tour so you can see where your dog will be staying.
The house
Your dog will be staying in our home in the 78723 zip code in East Austin close to Mueller. We have a fenced in backyard. The fence is secured with a concrete base and we are vigilant to make sure there are no open spaces in the fence. We also have a lock on the gate. Someone is always with the dogs to monitor them when they are outside.

Comfort for your dog
We follow whatever rules you prefer to make sure that your dog has a pleasant stay with us. Your dog does not need to be crated when no one is home, unless that is what you prefer. Your dog can sleep in our room with us, in the bed or in his/her crate, whichever you prefer. The dogs are never left alone in the house for longer than 4 hours at one time.
Other dogs in the house
All of the dogs that are staying in the house with your dog have gone through the meet and greet to make sure they are friendly and get along well with other dogs and people. Most of the dogs that are staying here are smaller dogs, but we do take bigger dogs, as long as they are friendly and gentle with the smaller dogs. Since it is a house we are limited to the amount of dogs that can stay with us, so please reserve a spot for your dog early, especially around holidays.
Feeding/Medicine
The dogs are fed separately from each other twice a day or at special times if needed. Medicine will be administered as directed, but please note that we are unable to provide medicine via injection.

Leaving your dog with a pet sitter while you are out of town can be a stressful experience both for the owner and the dog. We want to make sure that you feel comfortable leaving your dog with us. We will provide updates to you throughout your dog's stay with us. You can even FaceTime with your dog if you like. You are always welcome anytime to contact us for an update about your dog.
